To the President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo of Philippines, mass media,  trade
unions and to the international democratic public, to the human  rights
organizations-  please forward this email whereever and  whenever you can to
strengthen the international protest and solidarity movement  for human rights
in the Philippines, which people needs for their life  in standing up to
fight for a liberated  world!

On the Monday Demonstration inStuttgart, Germany, 15th of  February 2010 we
counted contineously - just as it was decided by the  Monday-Demonstration
Movement Stuttgart in our partnership agreement  between the
Monday-Demonstration-Movement  in Stuttgart and the family  Balao and Cordillera People
Alliance (CPA) of October 2008- the days of the  disappearance of James Balao.
on this Monday it was the 510th day of the  disappearance of James Balao.








President GM Arroyo and other ruling authorities in the  Philippines, dear
friends, dear solidarity community, on Monday 15th of February  2010 someone
said:" It is horrible what happens in the world, there are so many 
violations and disappearances in Latinamerica, Africa, Asia... a life is nothing 
for the ruling class... but the resistance is growing and they will not come 
through- no pasaran"! The neofascist in Dresden didn´t come through either.
More  than 22 000 built a chain of people all around the city, they build
up blocades  and the police has no chance either for supporting the
neofascist. We are the  people... nou doubt! And not only James Balao and his family
will  find  justice and the truth what happened ti him 510 days ago!
